Aim: To introduce Basic Yoga, stretching and Balancing, and learn basic maneuvers on a single paddleboard and safety aspects.
Session Outcome: Participants will be able to learn the art of balancing on SUP board and some basic YOGA poses.
*Non experienced beginners in Yoga or SUP are welcome.
*Session is conducted at Palawan beach
Time: 1630– 1830 hrs (2hrs)

Basic Yoga techniques and Poses On SUP Board on land
Basic SUP Equipment Knowledge
Practical demonstration on how to launch the board from the beach
Balancing Poses on SUP Board on water
How to execute paddle strokes and steering on the water
Embarking & Disembarking (Pontoon & Beach)
Basic Maneuvers on board (Small Waves)
Participants are encouraged to wash the equipment, paddle and PFD (if issued) at the end of the course.
Please be prepared to get wet in event of falling into water.
PLEASE SEE THE LIST OF THINGS TO BRING/ ATTIRE:
- Water bottle (Preferably 1 litre )
- Bring in your own meals/ snacks!
- Water Sports attire/ Long Sleeves/ Rash guard/ Tights/
- Water Booties /covered shoes (will be wet)/ sports sandals with straps
- Dry bag to place important necessities and personal items.
- Sunscreen/ Cap/ Sunglasses
- Towel, change of clothes/footwear and toiletries
- Extra mask and sanitizer (optional)
